Every order from Printshop4me is made to order and dispatched with care. Below is everything you need to know about where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.
Where we ship
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada. We are working to expand to more countries in future.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery country. Free shipping applies once your order total passes the threshold for your country.

How long will my order take?
Because each item is personalised and made to order, your total delivery time is made up of two parts:
- Production time – typically a few business days, depending on the product and level of personalisation.
- Transit time – depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Your order confirmation and tracking email will give you the estimate for your specific order. We publish a total estimate that includes both production and transit, rather than quoting transit alone.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.
Where we ship from
Orders are dispatched from our facility in Huntingfield, Tasmania, Australia, and from our production partners depending on the product.
Missing, delayed or damaged parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please check around your delivery location and allow up to 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark parcels early. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email info@printshop4me.au with your order number and a photo where relevant. For damaged or faulty items you do not need to return anything – we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
