Shopping with Printshop4me is safe and straightforward. Here is how payment works and how we keep your details secure.

Payment methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed securely through Stripe. You can also pay with Klarna to spread the cost of your order at checkout. Cash on delivery is not available – all orders are paid in full online, which lets us begin producing your item straight away.

Currencies

You can pay in Australian dollars (AUD), New Zealand dollars (NZD), US dollars (USD) or Canadian dollars (CAD). The currency shown updates based on your delivery country, and your final total is always confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card details on our own servers. Your connection to our site is secured with SSL encryption, shown by the padlock in your browser.

GST and taxes

For orders shipped within Australia, prices include 10% GST in line with Australian tax regulations. For New Zealand, GST is applied per New Zealand rules. For other destinations, any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price. The final total, including any applicable tax and shipping, is always shown at checkout before you confirm.

When am I charged?

Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. Because your item is made to your specifications, production begins once payment is confirmed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the order. For full details, see our Refund and Return Policy.
