Due to the very small size of the 4cm figure, fine details such as facial features and small accessories may not be fully captured during the modeling process. For better results and improved likeness, we highly recommend choosing the 6cm, 8cm, or 10cm sizes. These larger sizes allow for more precise craftsmanship and a much clearer final appearance.
Currently, the 3D Mini Figure is modeled based on the best possible output from the provided photo. Revisions are not supported once modeling begins. Also, due to the unique and detailed nature of 3D printing, production cannot be expedited, and orders are non-refundable once the printing process has started.
To ensure the best quality, please upload clear, front-facing photos with a white background. Simpler clothing patterns are highly encouraged, as complex designs may not be rendered correctly or could distort during texture mapping. Be sure to upload the correct photo type based on your selection: for a Single Figure, submit one person in one photo only; for 2 People (Unconnected), upload two separate photos — no group shots; for Single + Pet, submit one photo of the person and one photo of the pet, separately.
Each size has different pose and accessory restrictions. For 4cm and 6cm figures, glasses and accessories are not allowed unless printed as flat textures. The figure must be standing upright with both feet flat — unusual poses may lead to modeling errors. For 8cm and 10cm figures, creative and dynamic poses may be used, but extreme or irregular postures should be avoided for best results. The 10cm option is available for 1 or 2 people only and provides the most flexibility and detail.
